Very responsive and helpful. But realtor you work with ruined their score. He did nothig to help. And did so many things wrong, including forgetting to negotiate closing costs, not finding my home, not getting me a notary, and not even contacting me about getting my keys at closing and forcing me to negotate with Seller befirw closing because he was unavailabl.
