As this was my first home buying experience, I had a ton of questions about the process - Tom was always willing to step in and help. I probably asked him a million questions, and never once did I get the feeling that I was bothering him or that he didn?t have time for me. He went above and beyond during our work together, often giving advice to us after hours, on weekends, and was always available. He was even sweet enough to drop by our closing and give us a nice gift. I cannot recommend Tom highly enough to anyone who is looking for a smooth and easy mortgage process.
