Communication

Michael and his team did an excellent job answering our questions, guiding us and keeping the process very transparent. They helped us get a mortgage while overcoming bankrupcy and VA issues. They are a wonderful team. My wife and I want to thank them all for helping make our dream of homeownership come true.

Answer every questions and concerns that I had. Mike helped me with state grants and finding home owner's insurance. Lastly, made the entire process go smoothly.

Joan was a pleasure to work with throughout our VA IRRRL process. She consistently went above and beyond to support our needs, communicated clearly and proactively, and was always quick to respond. There is a lot to be said about the experience I had with Aubrey and her team, I don't even know where to start. This was my family's first home purchase, and even though there were some hiccups in the process, Aubrey was quick to give us information and solutions on how to navigate them in the best way possible.
Before working with Aubrey, I had attempted to work with two different lenders that were supposed to be well versed in USDA loans, yet failed to reveal some VERY important pieces of information that could have turned sour quick if I had continued to go through the process with either one of them. After our realtor, Corey Mann, recommeded we try and sync up with Aubrey, she spent well over an hour on the phone with me without knowing if she would even get the business from me - explaining the pitfalls that I was headed for with the other lender, walking me through the home buying process and how she could help, and giving me a plethora of information about different options that could work to my benefit. After that conversation, I knew she was the one I wanted handling this HUGE milestone purchase for my family and I. From that point on, there were multiple instances where she went above and beyond what would be considered sufficient in doing her job: helping us with different closing fees, maintaining a better rate while cutting our out-of-pocket expenses that we had to have at the closing table, and so much more.
From being long-suffering as she walked me through phone call after phone call and talking me off a ledge or clearing up any questions I had to just reaching out with updates and simple texts to keep me well informed through the whole home buying experience, I can't say enough about how awesome she and her team were throughout it all.
If you need someone to walk you through the process that knows what they are doing and can help maximize and utilize all the different options that are out there as a home buyer, then defintely have a talk with Aubrey and her team!

Michael explianed everything from vocabulary, expected market behavior, and each step of our refinance in terms and language we could understand. All expectations were clearly communicated and paperwork was done efficiently and promptly.

Josh and Maranda made the experience great, along with their team. They were informative and flexible with their time spent. Josh hands down is the best loan officer to have. He helped us to understand the process. He gave sound advice and reassurance throughout the process. For that we are truly grateful buyers!

Travis was the upmost professional from start to finish. I have high standards and he succeeded all of my expectations. Everything was well explained and he even provided personalized videos during the process of obtaining our loan and securing a mortgage. All of our issues and concerns were handled thoroughly and expeditiously. I was confident in using Travis as my mortgage lender as two of my co-workers had excellent experiences with him. 10/10. Super responsive and beyond thorough. There is no one better than him.

First offer the communication is amazing! All questions answered and anytime anything was needed, they immediately let us know. The other major plus is they truly feel like they're working for you. They go to bat and do everything in there power to get you to the closing table with the best terms!

They were able to rush it through so that we closed on the day that we had scheduled. There were some minor snafus with the Title Company, but Envoy did their part very well.
