Susan is very methodical in her approach and she explains each step. She stayed ahead of all the "curve balls" that come during the home purchasing process which allowed us to close on time. I've purchased several homes in the past and this has been one of the best experiences I've had with a lender. Very well done!!

Her bright, energetic personality and direct approach made our mortgage originating experience *fun* - which wasn?t something I would have imagined possible before working with Jess. Whatever she?s being paid, there?s no way it matches how awesome she is to work with.

Throughout our entire process - which was an insanely quick 18 days between going under contract and close - she replied to all questions and communications promptly and provided helpful advice & guidance on how to make sure I was supplying exactly the information that the underwriters needed to approve our loan. Her assistant Maribel was top notch as well - clear communications, extremely prompt and provided confirmation of receipt of information, emails, and documents.

Jake and team were friendly, professional, and informative. They ran the numbers for me on several properties so I knew what I was dealing with and didn't put in a bid I couldn't carry to close. They were very good about being responsive to questions and didn't hesitate to call if I needed information that was better expressed on the phone than email. I also liked the option to digitally sign documents, which kept the process going even if I was on vacation. I walked into settlement feeling confident with no major concerns or questions. They also pulled off contract to close in less than 30 days.

As an aside, the rep from the title company also said my lender was "awesome, which is rare these days."

Got the condo unlike the last lender and provided what was communicated.
