Buying a home can be a scary and daunting process. Even more so if you're a first time home buyer. From getting a Pre-approval, to finding the right realtor, to picking a home, then through the closing process. Tiffine Baker was the realtor my wife and I chose. And I must say, she and her team at Path & Post, along with Chase and Aubrey Wilcox at Envoy Mortgage were phenomenal. One of the things I appreciated most about Tiffine was, she learned us and what we were looking for, FIRST. Even when we were out looking at possible homes, it seemed as though her standards were tougher, and higher than ours. I like that. It shows me that you care about your client and the product you're willing to put your name on. After all, this is a 15-30yr purchase. My initial conversation with Chase was one about life in general. We spoke for about 15-20 minutes on that call, and he was always available for any financial questions I had. I would DEFINITELY recommend Tiffine, Chase, and Aubrey to anyone looking to purchase a home. I'm definitely giving them a call should the chance to purchase another arises.
