The team was always available to answer my questions , and was able to provide answers that made sense to me, as someone with no knowledge of these processes. Everyone I worked with was kind and efficient .

Katie was prompt, very knowledgeable and had excellent communication. We originally were using a different loan originator that had issues communicating and getting final approval. When we reached out to Katie, we had an expedited timeline to close per the contract with the builders and Katie worked very quickly, we felt like we were well taken care of once we switched to her.
