Kasi is ALWAYS available! She is prompt to return texts, phone calls, and emails. I can get a pre-approval in a day when my clients have all their paperwork in place. Whenever I have a question about a product, or in general, Kasi is there! She is knowledgeable and VERY professional. She bends over backward to help me with a loan. I absolutely LOVE working with Kasi and her team. I always refer her to my clients! She is TOP DOG to me!

Lynn and all the employees at envoy were unbelievable. They worked day and night for me. They answered all my questions I had promptly and accurately and which allowed me to get my house. She worked day and night for me and even if I had questions on the weekend she responded quickly. I had made seven different offers and through each offer she responded to all the questions I had. I never had to wait for an answer. I had an answer usually with in a 10-20 min.
