I did a cash out re-fi and there were a few last minute issue's that popped up but Carman and her team did an amazing job on communicating and working through the issues that came up.

I would recommend them to friends and family and plan to use them in the future.

The team worked around our odd work hours, got responses to us in a huge hurry, and did everything they could to make our totally unreasonable closing date request actually happen.

Both Josh and Christo went out of their way by coming to our house several times because of several current health issues that I am having.

Caren Keys is an amaging Loan Officer. She assured me that she was always there and sometimes late night or last minutes requests were made to her and she promptly addressed and answered my questions or prepared a qualification letter for multiple homes we looked at an attempted to put offers in on. She never once made me feel like a burden (even though I felt like one, at times). She was exceptionally Professional and made our purchase exceptionally smooth and error free.

All I have to say is that Rudy is the man!!! Just when we thought it was over for us with another lender Rudy came in and saved the day he was AWESOME from day 1 till the last day!
