The only item I didn't like was that different team members were asking for the same items that were shared. I think it may have had to do with the length of time from contract to closing but it felt in consistent. Everything else was spot on and I would use Envoy again

Tim and his team were absolutely great. My fiance and I are first time home buyers with many questions and concerns. Every question and concerns was addressed. She worked diligently to get my paperwork processed in a timely manner and get my loan information together. She was patient when my husband and I weren?t as quick to get back to her as we should have been! Always kind and friendly.
