Starting with the first call - out of the blue on a Sat afternoon - David was there for us. He drove a process that remained smooth and tight all the way through closing. Along the way, he provided outstanding research and counsel on the best options, timing, etc. He kept us on track with gentle, timely reminders and check-ins. Always super-prepared, he is a role model for professionalism and a warm, positive, customer-oriented style. We could not have been happier with David and Envoy.

David exceeded our expectations in every way. Although many of the interactions were handled by my husband, I was always kept in the loop. David gave us great advice and and kept everything on track to ensure a smooth and on time closing. I would definitely recommend hime to anyone looking for a mortgage lender.

I was always able to be in contact with Jim. He always answered the phone.
I was not the easiest client as I am a procrastinator and he was very patient with me and we had a few laughs about it. He came to my house to gather requested paperwork and the lawyer also came to the house for the closing.
He kept in touch we me over the years related to past business with the occasional email and holiday cards. When I needed to refi he was the first one I called. He gave me so many options .

It felt like I was dealing with family Sylvia was very involved and thorough she was there answering any and all my questions and help me accomplish one of my goals the process was very smooth she just made it look easy .
