This was our first time purchasing a home. We ran into issues with another lender regarding fha rules the lender was unaware of. Once we switched lenders and began working with Dave Summers it was smooth sailing. He walked us through each process and provided solutions before we knew about issues. We are very happy with his mortgage company. We will definitely use his services again if we decide to upgrade to a new home.
