Clear and efficient advise and transfer of information, timely updates on the progress of the loan funding and interest rate changes to make the best informed decision when to lock the rates in.

Zoe and her staff are excellent to work with. The whole loan process was very timely and efficient.

Jeff handled the initial loan process when I bought this house a few years ago and did such a fine job then that having him handle my refinancing was a no brainer. Once again he did a fantastic job to the point where it's quite possible he's a wizard when it comes to getting the best possible situation for borrowers. I can't recommend Jeff enough to anyone looking to buy or refinance a home. He is the literal best.
