Agent was extremely patient and persistent, in spite of numerous obstacles caused by the insanely excessive demands related to tracking financial assets. Many "problems" and delays encountered were out of the agents control.

So working with the agent was a "great" experience. The level of HASSLE that he had to shepherd me thru was NOT great. but invasive and exasperating. This level of scrutiny MAY have been caused in reaction to the debacle of 2008, but I think the industry is too much

Overall, I had a great experience working with Mike! He was very easy to communicate with, very patient when explaining all the fine details, as well as was always readily available. Since I work in the medical field, my schedule is sometimes a little chaotic, but Mike was always available for me. He is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend working with him! He was instrumental in finding me my perfect home.
