I had a great experience with Michael and his team. He responded quickly to any calls / texts or at the very least always returned them within the hour, even over the weekends. As a first time home buyer, he was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Michael broke down the whole process piece by piece, making it fool proof. I came into this process hearing how it was going to be a horrible experience that would have me running in circles to compile information for the lender. Completely untrue! Michael and the team at Envoy was absolutely amazing! In my experience buying a new home is always a nerve wrecking life event, however this experience was the exact opposite. Michael kept me informed every step of the way, not just by emails but he would also call me from time to time just to make sure I didn?t have any questions or concerns. Truly an amazing experience and he was ready to close well before the sellers could get the house ready. I highly recommend Michael and his team at Envoy!
