Google review i left: I cannot thank Travis at Envoy Mortgage enough for all of his help through my home buying journey over the last 3 months. I randomly reached out to him after reading several shout-outs from other buyers in a real estate Facebook group. What started as a simple inquiry led to him being my number-crunching, magic-making, sanity-saving hero. Travis covered every aspect of the loan with me to make sure I understood everything. He was patient with me as I held out for possible market changes that would impact my rates. We spent more than one night on the phone, trudging through points and presentations, searching through accounts and statements, and chasing the ever elusive "easily accessed down payment $$". There is nothing easy or simple about purchasing a home but I truly believe that without Travis by my side, I would have thrown in the towel long ago.
