Tamara was wonderful to work with! My favorite thing about working with Tami was that she was really thorough in her communication. She was extremely detail oriented and had written us an accurate quotation of the loan including everything. There were no surprises at closing! Her company was able to close the loan very fast and work through any problems that came up. She is extremely responsive. I know I got the best deal working with her and would highly recommend her to anyone!

Gary was wonderful during the closing...on my end he made the experience very easy to comply...he"s also very patient making the paperwork on my end very nominal, and the requirements were explained in "layman's terms" which clarified the closing process. The experience that we had with Dan Pherigo was above excellence, he explained the loan process to us from start to finish .
