Excellent communication and clarity

Julie stuck with us through the whole transaction, which were many many hoops to jump through. She made a "miracle" happen in order for us to close on our closing date, and not lose our earnest money or inspection money. We both greatly appreciate Julie's extra miles she had to go throughout the whole process. She's the BEST!!!

Josh took the time to know me, and more importantly my financial situation to find a solution that worked best. Josh and his whole team were very responsive and communicative throughout our loan process and I appreciate all they did to get our closing done timely and efficiently!

Andrea was very, very present, invested and avalible to us when needed. She is so friendly and personable and understanding. She was a great referral from our realtor, and am very glad we did the process through her. The underwriting process was not as great. I had to send the same document multiple times (felt like 3-4 times). There was little direction on preferred account activity, and the communication was occasionally passive aggressive and/or did not understand the process or issues from the borrowers side. Andrea was absolutley great 10/10 highly recommend, the rest of the experince was moderate 5-7/10 experience.
