I really liked that James met with me in person at the beginning of the process to walk me through their process and explain the various pieces of information they would provide me along the way. James and his team were always very responsive and willing to answer any questions or additional requests I had, and they made me feel confident that I was making the right decisions at every step. They were able to secure me with a rate much lower than I was expecting, so I know I got the best deal.
