From the very first contact this amazing team kept us informed during the entire process. Every Tuesday I received a call with a recap of where we were in the process. Between the weekly updates if there was action needed from me I would get either a phone call or email. Whenever I had a question I would either call or email and the response was immediate. There were several team members on my team and each was aware of my loan process.
