Difficult made simple, and stressful made stress-free

Michael and his team are very good at their jobs. Elaine always has a positive attitude, and always assured us that things were going great! Michael was very good at explaining the process and pleasant to work with. I don't think he ever sleeps. I will recommend Envoy to all of my friends and family.

Harriett is an expert at her job, she is definitely one of the best mortgage lenders in the Columbus GA areas. She was such a pleasure to work with, she was available anytime of the day to answer any questions we had. It was very easy. The only thing that I didn?t like was the fact that closing costs were much higher at closing than what was estimated initially.

We had a timeline and budget that was tight to pull off a move. We were so happy when we were able to speak with Diego and get answers instantly that we had been trying to get for days from our previous lender. He and his team are upfront, solutions minded, friendly, and competent. Honestly, it sounded too good to be true. I was waiting for the catch, but there was none! He was able to understand our situation and cater a perfect plan. We highly recommend Diego and his team!

Robert was very informative on the process of how to pay for our house, and kept us up to date on everything pertaining to our loan.

Denise is wonderful to work with. She is straight forward and keeps you well informed the hole way though the process . Anyone that uses her will benefit from the whole experience.

On a sad note , I could not get one thing I wanted , and that was bi- weekly payments . So if I can?t get that , then I might have to search for someone that can provide that service for me next time. If not for that , then Denise is our lady.
