Although Caren went on maternity leave while I was under contract for my new home, she continued to communicate with me and her supervisor, David Ratti. Both Caren and David were great with explaining and guiding me through the loan process for my new home.

Zoe was a great communicator and explained everything in an easily understood way. She is also extremely knowledgeable and very good at her job. Escrow closed two days ahead of schedule and everything went smoothly. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Envoy Mortgage.
