Adam was great on communication explaining everything to me letting me know that I could call or text if I had a problem or a question at any time and he always got back to me made me feel very, very comfortable working with him. He made the whole process very easy for me.

The communication was clear and prompt . At no time did I not know what information or documents were needed.

Connor is what made the experience outstanding. He answered every call I made to him and not once did it go to voicemail. He greeted me by name each time I called. He kept me informed and up to date with use of the portal as well as in emails. Connor is very professional, knowledgeable and made the process painless.

This was not a planned house buying situation and due to the long distance travel for paperwork, it was a little difficult BUT the entire team was behind us all the way!!
