Geomaris was helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and able to assist me in spite of the fact my loan was a challenging one. We were faced with some very large hurdles (global pandemic, Non-QM lending shutting up shop etc) yet she somehow found a way to help me get funding to keep moving ahead, I was very impressed with her ability to adapt to an ongoing nightmare situation that nobody truly knew what the best solution was and at the end of it still got a loan closed for me.
