First I would like to say , when my co- worker told me about the mortgage company Envoy I by nature didn't
Trust the Company. So before I sent any personal information I went to see who I was dealing with. After speaking with Melissa Mason I felt totally at ease. My trust level went from a 3 to a 10.

Dan was a big help. I appreciate how he made himself available and how his responses were quick and to the point when I had questions. The one negative, is the abundance of emails (videos) along the way. I appreciate letting the buyer know where Envoy is in the process, but it?s a lot to keep track of when you have 2/3 other people from Envoy emailing as well.

What made it good was that I was able to get my house! I was turned away by a few companies and Sarah made it happen for me!

Kristie made me feel comfortable and welcome from the first phone call. She was always there for me through every step of the process. She made the whole home buying process alot less stressful and scary for me. She is a great person that makes you feel like family. If I ever buy another home I will definitely call Kristie.
