Virna and team always kept us updated on the process and the next steps. They were prepared to bring in the closing date early, but the other lender did not have a competent team and they could not do the same. Virna always had our best interest at hand, would highly recommend to any buyers.

Quick and simple

The process started November 2018 due to the builder and Melissa (bless her heart) hung right in there the whole time. Her communication was amazing and I just know if it wasn?t for her I would have given up. Melissa stayed on top of the process and we couldn?t thank her enough for making our dreams come into reality!! Thanks Melissa!!!

As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions! Jermaine was so helpful in answering any questions we had, and he was so quick to get us any information we needed! His customer service is so far above any of the other lenders we applied with. We were able to close within 30 days even during Covid. Working with so many companies and vendors, we all understand that covid could cause delays, but with Envoy, there were none! I highly recommend Jermaine and Envoy!
