during the pandemic everywhere was experiencing delays with the needing of social distancing and working from home however, communication never broke down during my refinance and every step of the way I was kept in the loop and I was pleased with everyone?s professionalism. I can just imagine if there had been no pandemic the process would have been a bit smoother and quicker.

They both shared their opinion and guidance often times saying if it were me.... so I knew I could count on their advice as what is best for my situation.
