Eric was a very personable with fantastic communication. Everything was laid out in terms we understood. We felt very comfortable throughout the entire process and any concerns or confusion we did run into, he happily cleared up immediately. His knowledge was very reassuring, especially for first time home buyers. He has great character and is very likable which made the process much easier for us.

Since we purchased out home last July with Joan we've been waiting to refinance. I only wanted to work with her again! She goes above and beyond. Always answers my texts and phone calls promptly. She wishes us well on Holidays! She is so informative and a pleasure to work with. Thank you again Joan !

Forms required signatures, of course. The electronic method was a breeze. Our realtor, Janet Ridgway, spoke very highly of Amber Kimmel, and she was right!
