As this was my first time buying a home, Harriett made the process extremely easy and straight forward. She was always more than willing to answer any questions I had and provided me with all the information needed to fully understand the process. I was kept up to date on my progress throughout the loan application system. She even brought some beautiful flowers to my closing for me to hang at the house! Altogether, it was a great and smooth experience.

Rob did an outstanding job on helping us get our loan. When we 1st spoke my credit wasn?t showing a score at all. He gave me advice on taking some really good steps to help me improve my credit score. I honestly don?t know many people that would take the time to help me like that. He was very punctual when getting back to me when I would call.

Despite the struggles of dealing with COVID-19, Dan was able to make things goes as smoothly as possible. He also kept good lines of communication through the whole process which is great.
