Very satisfied with everything and the care of this team to make sure we got into our first home.

Ned, Mary and Patricia at Envoy were great. They held our hand throughout the loan approval process. Because of factors unrelated to financing, we went through the approval process with three different homes. The folks at Envoy never blinked an eye. They were persistent and funded the loan for the home we finally chose. I would highly recommend using Ned and his staff at Envoy for a home mortgage.

Great experience, thanks to Adriana everything was solved on time and she was available to help all the time.

Consistent communication

To start off we had to switch lenders a week after starting the mortgage process.... Ms.Krissy jumped in and didn?t miss a beat ! We had some hiccups on other people?s part but Ms. Krissy kept doing everything she could to get us as close to our Expected closing date as possible. And that?s all we could ask for ....I would definitely recommend her ...We are so thankful to have worked with her !

Ned and staff, thank you for ALL your help with ALL of our challenges. Happy to say we have closed on a great house. We will always be grateful!!

Only hiccup would be an email spam issue, but we got around that.
