Jeff was on top of our loan process from the moment we met with him. We were having an excruciating experience with Wells Fargo and Jeff solved all of our problems. I think that he was the primary reason we were able to make our escrow deadline for funding. Throughout the process he was honest and straightforward, always keeping us informed.
