Great service through the whole process.

Lines of communication were kept open. I never had to guess what was going on. They were on top of EVERYTHING!!!!

I believe I was in Jonathan's best interest. He answered all my questions, took a lot of time off his schedule to walk me through the numbers, and appreciated my concerns. If he did not have an answer, he would be quick to get a response from another team member. He was also very easy to get a hold of or at least made himself available for calls and messages. The process in general was much easier than expected and it was noted that we were ready to close much earlier than expected

Virna is amazing ,very helpful and was always available at any time we need her help ,she is highly recommended specially for first home buyers as she was so patient and let us know about every aspect in details .

I know Dave had a lot of extra legwork and headache involved throughout the process, through absolutely no fault of his own, but he handled it gracefully and kept plugging away to our final goal of closing, and we made it! Dave was awesome about explaining things in easy-to-understand terms and I genuinely felt like he enjoyed helping me out and was passionate for his work, which was awesome. Will definitely recommend Dave to anyone who is interested in buying a new home!

As a first time home buyer, it was nice to have someone explain the process and the needed steps in a helpful manner. Dan was available at all times to make sure I had the correct information to submit my application on-time. Even with a condensed settlement schedule, Dan was able to get everything done with time to spare.

Dan was wonderful though this whole crazy process. We had appraisal issues but he was patient and helpful thorough the whole thing. Even our realator stated that he was probably the best person she has ever worked with. That Dan was really doing everything that he possibly could do to help us. Dan is excellent and extremely helpful in every way. He explained everything so you knew what you were signing.
