Kristen did a great job helping us with our refinance. After working with two large banks for the last 3 months who could not talk to us in person to understand our business and income stream (which is complicated) - Kristen stepped up and got it done for us. She asked great questions, answered all of ours and made the process smooth and fast. Kristen was quick to respond, communicated frequently on the status of the loan and helped during the underwriting process. Thanks Kristen!!!!

Overall I am very satisfied with the service Travis and his team provided. We were on a tight deadline, but we were able to meet all the necessary dates without any issues. There was a consistent exchange of communication via email, text, phone calls and regular updates from the the underwriting process, appraisal, right up to closing. We felt very comfortable with the process and Travis is super enthusiastic and responsive and was able to answer all of our questions. Highly recommend!
