WONDERFUL experience with Tom and the team! Was able to get a loan during a stressful time of uncertainty on many fronts -divorce, drop in credit, change in down payment funds, AND COVID! Very helpful, understanding, fast with communication and any explanations along the way. And on top of everything closed earlier on the loan than expected. Would highly recommend and work with again!

Chalk was very knowledgeable about my options and this process. He stayed on top of everything, even checking in multiple times a day, checked and double-checked everything I submitted, and even catch a law change issue before closing related to a subordinated loan.
