Always communicated well and took the time to explain things I didn?t understand

Bette was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any and all of our questions. She took the time to explain the paperwork to us and spent tons of time with us on the phone to make sure all our questions were answered and we were taken care of. I would recommend anyone I knew to use Bette as their loan officer, and If I buy in this state again I will use her and envoy mortgage again.
