Eric was extremely helpful from the beginning to the end of the entire process. He always made himself available for phone calls, and went above & beyond. Truly made this home purchasing experience flawless. Thank you, for all the assistance.

Tina was great. She helped make the process simple. Everything was completed timely and she had us conditionally approved so we could make our offer that much more appealing in this aggressive market. When an unexpected hurdle on the sellers end extended the closing, she handled it with no problems at all.

Benjamin, Brian and Bernadette were not just efficient and helpful, but also always available and ready to offer guidance through the whole process. I will recommend Ben and his team to anyone who is looking to buy a home or refinance their current home. They will no doubt get the best possible outcome for you without any hassle or confusion.

Made the process simple

Rachel and Blaine deserves a raise and a paid vacation. They were the best at helping me through the mortgage process and my sever stressful emotional breakdowns throughout. They are angels and did a fantastic job.

Wally was exceptional. He took the time to explain everything to me throughout the way, his updates were very regular and timely. I never felt out of the loop or had any unanswered questions. I will absolutely refer my family and friends to Wally as well as use him again should i need mortgage help in the future.

Matt was fantastic. As first time home buyers we needed a little extra "hand holding" - and he was perfect. He helped us through every step of the process and was always available to answer questions and help us understand what was going on. We really appreciated his partnership, advice, and guidance in this process!

We were not given the exact amount needed to close but were requested to wire money to the title company without knowing the exact amount. We were scheduled to close at noon, still no amount. The title co wouldn't allow us to sign until we paid the difference listed in the docs, therefore we did a 2nd wire, paying a total of $50 in wire fees due to not having the correct amount. After we signed the final # was figured, we had to go back to the title company to resign & get a reimbursement check.

Sean and his team were wonderful. This was our second time using him for our purchasing/refinancing needs. He was professional and to the point. He is also detailed oriented and takes the guessing out of the process.

Kris Bass made the whole process smooth and easy as possible considering these difficult times going on in the world. I can?t thank her enough for always keeping me up to date with the process. I?m glad it?s all over but it was a pleasure working with kris! I recommend her to anyone that is going to start the home buying process.
