Jim keeps you informed every step of the way. I probably tortured him a bit, but he always answered any questions or concerns I had promptly. This is the second time we have used Jim's services and I would definitely use him again. I highly recommend Jim and Envoy.

George is fantastic. We were moving from out of state and he was very supportive, answering questions and emails quickly. I never waited more than 30 minutes for a response. He always kept us updated and we always knew exactly where we were in the process. Could not have found a better lender!

The whole process was handled superbly. There was always communication to let me know the status of the loan application along with information on what would happen next. Short videos explaining the process were excellent and Mr Walden was always available if I had any questions. My realtor even mentioned she enjoyed working with Mr Walden. Lucky for me I was connected with Lori! I am still amazed at how ridiculously simple it was to refinance my home given her guidance. Each step of the process, she lead the way seamlessly. Highly organized, explicit directions, and monitoring progress, made refinancing a cake walk.
