Efficient easy process, Brett was great.

Dave's response time was amazing! I usually received responses to my email questions within minutes, even on weekends. Angie had the undesirable task of organizing some of our closing requirements for the underwriter, but she got it done.
The Docmagic digital signing process was a great feature, unfortunately, our title company hasn't caught up to 2020 technology, and we still had to "wet" sign every document that we digitally signed earlier in the day.

This process was the best we've ever had. We have bought houses before with VA and it can be a pain. However we were not in the state yet to buy the house so everything had to be done via emails, phone calls, etc. For first timers or for those who might forget the process you will catch up quickly with their videos too. It was such easy smooth ride that we even close on the house earlier than 30 days. That it's a wow factor. Thanks again Ann for such amazing job.
