Thomas and team were very knowledgeable. There general advice and initial timetable were very close to the final outcome. Thomas and team were always available to answer our questions and Envoy was very agile, which we needed for purchasing our house. The user interface over the internet was vey easy to use and used esign throughout which made things easier in this time of covid-19.

Steve went out of his way to make sure that we met the very accelerated schedule that was set in order to close by the end of the month. The situation was even more hectic as part of his loan processing team was out of the office during the last stages of the process - which didn't seem to slow us down at all.
