My husband and I were going to use a different lender originally, but due to the slightly complicated nature of my husbands job they couldn?t approve us for what we needed. Kris Bass communicated and did the extra work she needed to do to get us approved for our dream house! Kris was always very helpful and available to talk. I will 100% refer her to all of our friends and family.

Anthony was referred to us by our realtor Eugene and was very easy to work with. From the beginning of the process where we discussed our financials all the way through the day of closing Anthony was a phone call away to answer any questions/issues we had. The transaction was very smooth because of Anthony's excellent communication and knowledge of the mortgage process. We have already referred two of our friends to work with Anthony for their home buying needs!

All of our questions were answered and concerns resolved. Communication was excellent and response time was quick. We are very happy with our experience with Harriet and the Envoy team!

Anthony and his team are extremely responsive and very efficient. They always take the time to answer our questions and proactively kept us updated on the status of our loan! They are a complete pleasure to work with.

Debra was easy to reach and gave very clear instructions and good advice. She offered to help us obtain records when she could and quickly answered all of our questions. And when we were upset or didn't understand why we had to do something rather than getting angry or deffensive she calmly explained the law and rules that we needed to follow to get this loan. And lastly she was very efficient
and worked very quickly saving us time and money. She's great a her job!
