Second time going with Melisa, and just referred a friend of ours to her. Great at following up quickly and guidance throughout the process, and her help recommending a closing agent that came to our house to conveniently sign closing docs.

We did our original mortgage with Vinny and when we decided to do a refi there wasn't even a question that we would do it with Vinny. Frank and the team at Envoy were fantastic with my refinance. Communication with everyone was quick and closing was the easiest I have ever done.

Keep there word, They did everythibg they told me they would do. There was no delays and when ever I had a question it was responded too quickly.

Originally I was with an online company, they were horrible at explaining things and took multiple days to get back with an answer. Toby was referred to us and from the first day he accomplished more than the company I was with. I have nothing but good things to say about Toby and all his help.

Chuck was very helpful and easy to talk to; it was like talking to a friend! All information, documents, and responses to questions were received quickly and easily.

Matt was extremely helpful and patient during the whole process. Matt's demeanor and attitude is the example of what customer service is supposed to be. Matt was always quick to answer phone calls and emails and was always pleasant and would take the time to explain what was occuring during the application process. I will highly recommend Matt.
