Carmen made sure she took time to explain my options and answered all my questions. Her communication skills were spot on making sure I stayed informed every step of the way. Being in an organization that the ?Customer Experience? is crucial to our existence, I believe it is the epitome of your company and representatives. Phil Lucrezia was the first ever mortgage representative I have ever spoke to. He has a calming and patient spirit. He explains with great detail everything that needs to be understood and every possible scenario that could occur. Although our situation was slightly complex he understood it all. Our mortgage experience was A++++!

Virna was very informative with the process and made it seem easy. We were very pleased as how everything went and would highly recommend Virna to all.

Everything about working with Kevin was great. He made everything so easy, and answered any questions and solved any problems that I had.

We had a tight timeline to close. Jeff and his team were up to the challenge despite this busy mortgage season. They kept us updated as to the progress of our loan. Response time to any question never took more than a few minutes! Hopefully we are done buying, but if we do so again, we would not hesitate to contact Jeff McKendrick and Envoy Mortgage.
