Denise was great! Loan process was straight forward and simple and very quick for a home loan! They kept in contact with me and let me know where we were at the the loan process. Would definitely work with them again if needed and refer friends/family to them!

The were a few reasons I chose to go with Envoy/ Loan officer Nicole Kittredge. Initially I was communicating with a few other mortgage companies as well, but Nicole just seemed to work harder than the others. Most interests rates were comparable from all companies. Her response times were much faster, and the loan estimate provided was very descriptive and more detailed than others. This provided a high level of trust and understanding. She worked extra at the end to repair my loan. Thank you
