Matt and the Envoy team blow their competition out of the water. The communication we received along the way was incredible considering how crazy the market is and how many clients they are assisting at the same time. If I reached out for anything it was responded to quickly. Matt did his due diligence upon the initial application to get us as accurate of a pre approval so there was lower risk of getting approved for a lesser amount. Do yourself a favor and go with Matt! You won?t regret it!
