Ann is amazing. She worked with us and made this process as easy as possible. Communication was constant and she answered every question with patience and understanding. When we thought we couldn't get a loan she worked to make it possible. She gave us the information that the other lenders never offered. We closed on our house 24 hours ago and it truly would not have been possible without Ann and Envoy. If we ever decide to move or refinance down the road I will definately be going to Ann first
