All of our questions and we were walked through the process with ease.

James made it very clear & easy to refi our 2 mortgage's. We know he was super busy but still took the time to answer our many questions, not matter what time of day. He just made the entire experience enjoyable instead of dreadful! We will definitely pass his name around to any of our friends & family who may need a mortgage or need to refi.

Jermaine helped us to understand the process from start to finish and made sure that we were prepared for each step. He was always willing to answer ad hoc questions and took time to ensure that we were confident throughout the process.

The whole process was easy from the beginning to the end and it was fast. She had asked for fewer documents than my previous loan. This made it less stressful as I wasn't running around looking for them. Sarah was very helpful with all the questions I had.
