Steve made everything about the process very easy.

Steve was always extremely responsive to my calls and e-mails. I never had to wait long periods of time for a response on anything. He was upfront about all of the documentation needed and helped us navigate some unusual situations that came up throughout the process. He was also very patient with us as we changed our mind a handful of times throughout the process. I was nervous about starting the process, but once we did, Steve make everything very easy. I would highly recommend!
