Tim was amazing from the jump start. I lost my job in 2011 and my wife and I had to file bankruptcy. Our bankruptcy was over this past May . I was talking to a coworker and I was explaining how our bankruptcy was over and that we were thinking about trying to buy a house again. We really didn't think it was possible this soon after our bankruptcy closed. But he gave Tim's name and number at Envoy Mortgage and said that he could make it happen. Thanks for everything Tim! We love our new house!

I appreciated how quickly Mark and his team responded to all my questions. Never generic, always detailed with facts and figures given so that we could determine what was best for us even if there were multiple solutions. He and his team took that extra effort to make us feel comfortable by making us aware at what position within the timeline from start to finish we were in. We really appreciated this effort made!

Nicole and her team were extremely professional and were great at communicating all the steps in the process. They responded very quickly to emails with detailed responses and provided update emails with helpful videos on what to expect. Highly recommended!

I've worked with Steve a few times on mortgages. I think the most important thing for me in the mortgage process is TRUST. You need to know that you're understanding 100% of the information 100% of the time. That means questions--lots of questions. I so appreciate that Steve promptly answers my questions with clear information and is always willing to review or field a follow-up. That way, when I get to closing, I am confident I've made the right move and am excited. Thanks again Steve!

Miguel kept me up to date on the process of the loan, when he needed documents he was very easy to understand as well making it easy for me to follow through. He was rather profesional at all times as well. With very good spirits going the extra mile for me. I?m ver please with the service he provided. 5 stars plus for Miguel!!!!

Avery didn?t make assumptions about what we wanted to do. She asked great questions to make sure we were going to meet our goals. When we had questions she was very responsive and thorough with her answers. Overall a great experience!

Jeff Tanaka defines a good agent. Highly skilled, with integrity along with legendary customer service. Always positive, kind with a smile and a big laugh! Jeff was my agent when I purchased my home a few years ago and again (now) when I refinanced which took less than 30 days to close, amazing!
