Travis is a rockstar. His responses to any inquiries I had came very fast, 24/7. He kept me updated on the process so there was never a question as to the loan status. He helped guide me through some of the more nuanced requests needed for my loan approval. When it came time to lock in a rate, he ensured I was presented with multiple options and had choices that were the most favorable for my situation. We first had an escrow fall through on a property before closing on the house that we did, a process that was undoubtedly frustrating for Travis and his team. Despite this, they just kept plugging along and moved forward. Travis' suggestion of using the cash edge program allowed our offer to stand out and helped us close on our house. Travis is also a very personable guy and was a pleasure to work with. Five out of five stars !
