This is not the first time I have worked with Mike on a new or refinance loan and as always it continues to be a most pleasurable experience! Mike is a true professional in every respect and also makes the loan process seem so effortless for the borrower. Mikes years of experience with the overall loan underwriting process mitigates the amount of paperwork/documentation necessary to achieve loan approval in a minimal amount of time and then get the loan closed in a most expeditious manner!
