Our mortgage experience went quickly and smoothly! We never had to guess what to expect. The level of communication Cesar offered was beyond expectations. There were frequent emails and/or phone calls on our loan process and timelines that included any next steps. Cesar made our home buying process less stressful because we knew we were in good hands.

Matt?s dedication to servicing our loan, we were able to contact him any day at any time despite what he had going on in his personal life.

The options given, the communication, and the "we can do it" attitude was excellent.

Professional staff

I was kept informed every step of the way. When I had questions, the Thayer Mortgage team was helpful and didn't make me feel dumb or as if I was asking too many questions and as a first time home buyer I had lots of questions. They even explained things to me I didn't think about or consider asking. They replied to my emails day and night, and on weekends. I absolutely loved working with this team. The Thayer Mortgage team was an important part of what I call "my dream team."

We had a complicated situation and Ashlee Belew and her team went above and beyond to look for the best option for us and their rates were excellent. They stayed in touch with us and were quickly responsive to questions. It was a lot coordinate all of the documentation for our complex loan needed to close but they did it in a prompt and timely manner.
